The Planning
It all starts with a face to face get together. With a sit down conversation, we can get to know one another and decide if we're the right match. By listening to your desires and open dialogue we can understand how you envision your special day. An initial timeline will be discussed plus the details that will shape your wedding into the event of a life time.
When the decision is made, two copies of an agreement will be mailed out. One for your records and the other to return to, "That's Entertainment!" A non refundable deposit will be required upon signing. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your reception.
What happens between signing the contract and your event? You will be given an event planner which will assist me with the personal details. The planner is due back at least 2 weeks before your wedding. I can further assist with vendor referrals, timeline details, helpful websites and a sample play list on CD format. The bottom line is, there can't be enough correspondence in assuring that your day is perfect. A final run through will take place a couple of weeks prior.
