As the guests arrive, Mike will be there to play the right background music and direct them toward the refreshments, seating arrangements, hor durves and the guest book location. The grand entrance will be met with a dramatic introduction and everyone will know you have arrived.
During the cocktail hour Mike will play appropriate music for ambience and setting a mood, in other words, to provide an atmosphere for socializing. When dinner is set to begin, he will make sure guests know where to be and make the necessary announcements. The music at this time will be brought down in style and volume to allow guests to enjoy the meal and conversation without having to shout across the table.
After dinner, let the party begin. Mike will get the crowd going. With class and style everything will all be handled perfectly.
